British imperalists invaded austrialia in the 18th century because they wanted to use the land for thier own uses. such as to imprision criminals who were convicted in europe and to force cheap labor in the natives.
the people of the aboriginal tribe and some of the troublesome convicts were sent to norfolk island or tasmania
How the people fell about this
The nativies disliked this idea greatly. the english people came in took their land forced them to a new island if they didnt kill them, by torture or
by shotting them. the english liked htis idea because they could go in and claim what ever land they wanted with out having to pay much at all. there was a select few of natives theat fought back and killedsomeofthe english but not enough to save their land or country.
Why was it so easy for the Europeans to force this upon them.
They forced this upon the austrailians so easily because the europeans had a stronger army and where way bigger then austrailia the the nativies had to basiclly gave up with out a fight. although someofthe peole fought back to save their land but lost it any way
